   As a huge fan , i was super excited to see this movie and it is fairly upto the mark. I haven’t seen the Hellboy movies, but having read the comics, I can say this adaptation is pretty decent. Jack Kesy’s performance as Hellboy was solid, and the scenes with the Crooked Man were genuinely terrifying.

   I really appreciated that this movie leaned fully into the fantasy-horror genre, especially since one of my main issues with the 2019 film was that it couldn’t settle on a clear direction. I also liked that the filmmakers stuck with practical effects for Hellboy’s look, avoiding CGI, which gave the character a more authentic feel. The action scenes were a bit dull, and I think they would have been more engaging with a bit more intensity and violence. The cinematography was nice.

   For me, its a nice superhero horror movie that breathe some fresh air into the superhero genre.
