The authors of the otaku.ru website spent several weeks in Tokyo, discussing the state of things with animators, directors, producers, manga artists and fans – and also listened to what domestic filmmakers, Asian researchers, businessmen, viewers and readers say about the Japanese popular culture. The result of a great adventure was this documentary series.
